RAW CASHEW MAYO1/2 cup soaked cashews (soak for 3-6 hrs in water then drain the water)1/4 cup water1 lime juice (or lemon although lime’s better)2 tablespoon olive oil1 pinch of kosher salt1 teaspoon (fruit) vinegar1 teaspoon sugar (or honey for non-vegan)Add everything and mix all in blender.
