One of TIME Mag's best inventions of 2006, Lavazza's "espesso," a foamed espresso drink created by Ferran Adria, is made with sugar, espresso and a "secret ingredient". Coffee Enthusiasts received the solidified shot with a great deal of lip-smacking.
