In a small bowl, whisk:1 1/2 Tbs Nayonaise1 3/4 tsp Balsamic Vinegar2 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil1 1/5 tsp Dijon Mustard1 1/2 Tbs Maple Syrup1/4 tsp SaltFresh PepperTaste and adjust if needed. Slowly drizzle 1/4 (or so) of canola or other mild oil into the bowl while whisking vigorously to emulsify. Oil should blend completely into the dressing and it should thicken.
