Right after RFK won the Democratic Primary in 1968, gunman Sirhan Sirham murdered him in the pantry of the Ambassador Hotel as he tried to leave. The murder and the day leading up to it was documented in Emilio Estevez's disjointed 2006 film "Bobby."
