Millennium Park

Now some people may like skating in circles on razor blades in a rink filled with miserable children and dudes in stretch pants and sequins who have been waiting all year to come out and lutz. More power to them. We'll stay outside the rink at Chicago's Millennium Park with a flask of whisky, a helping of schadenfreude and watch. Whether or not you're a doer or a judger (or a lutzer), you'll be tickled pink that Chicago's Parks Department have unveiled their outdoor skating. Entrance is free but skate rental is $7.
