Flipnotics, a hip tree house like space, is both a coffee shop and a clothing store. The coffee shop takes up the second floor and is surrounded by so many leafy trees it feels like you are ensconced in the greenery. The upstairs has multiple rooms and a large patio, often used to host live bands and poetry readings.]]>
Though most of the coffeeshops in the city are filled with students writing term papers on their laptops, here you'll find a whole mixed crowd. It's open late, so they offer wine and beer both in bottles and on tap in addition to all of their coffee and tea selections. The Muse occasionally hosts art openings for local artists.]]>
