The Good Fork

Red Hook's Good Fork has an extremely varied menu, but one of its highlights is an appetizer of fried sweetbreads served with braised cabbage, apples, and fig compote. It's one of the more innaresting pairings, and the place also serves a well-known burger for not-so-adventurous diners.
