Two of our favorite varieties from Ted Dennard are Tupelo and the rare Black Sage.

TUPELO - Its flavors arrive as a series of distinct impressions, a parade of melon, crème brulee, butter, dried pear with the barest hint of Southern Moss.

BLACK SAGE - This extremely rare honey has notes of apple, berry and vanilla with an echo of lavender. Its fullness is different from any other American honey.
